Adults Kickboxing Classes
Whether you’re an absolute beginner, a fighter, or just looking to stay fit, there’s a class for everyone. Adults classes are open to thirteen years and above.
Mondays 6:30-8:00pm - Partner Drills
Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm - Pad Work
Wednesdays 6:45-8:00pm - Sparring
Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm - Pad Work
Fridays 5:30-7:00pm - Freestyle
Pricing - $30 per week.
The Roar Combat Academy’s kids classes are available to all levels. The age range is six to twelve.
